Booking Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Sword Links! To provide the best experience for all guests and ensure fair scheduling at our Knoxville and Pigeon Forge storefronts, we have established the following policies regarding appointments, cancellations, no-shows, and safety.
💳 1. Card on File Requirement
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all online booking appointments.
Your card details are securely processed and stored through Square POS.
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policy applies as outlined below.
🗓️ 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations made 48+ hours before your appointment: No fees will be charged.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment: A $20.00 per person rescheduling fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee can be applied toward your final purchase total when you complete your rescheduled appointment with us.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before appointment): The rescheduling fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Declined Cards: Clients whose cards are declined during policy enforcement will be blocked from future online bookings until settled.
🚫 3. No-Call / No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without giving prior notice will be considered a no-show.
A no-show fee of $50.00 per person will be automatically charged to the card on file.
⏰ 4. Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notifying our team, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the $50.00 per person no-show fee will apply.
If you arrive late within the 15-minute window, we will do our best to accommodate your custom fitting and welding within the remaining time slot.
⚖️ 5. Liability Waiver & Safety Agreement
By booking an appointment with Sword Links, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety guidelines and liability terms:
Welding Process & Safety: You acknowledge that permanent jewelry involves a quick pulse micro-weld. All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure safety, including protective leather barrier patches between your skin and the chain, as well as optional protective eyewear. If you choose not to wear protective eyewear, you agree to look away during the spark. By opting out of eyewear, you accept full responsibility for any minor discomfort or eye strain.
Materials & Allergies: Our chains are made from premium 14k Gold-Filled and .925 Sterling Silver materials, which are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant. Sword Links is not liable for individual skin sensitivities, sulfur/chemical reactions, or allergies. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known metal allergies prior to welding.
Final Sale & Warranty: All sales are final once a chain is custom-measured and cut. Rewelds, replacements, and repairs are governed strictly by our official Swordlinks Warranty & Care Policy.
📜 6. Policy Enforcement
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Swordlinks reserves the right to refuse service or apply policy fees for non-compliance.
