Hiii! I’m Miah, and I am the face behind Sword Links Boutique! 💖

I started this business in early 2023 as a weekend hobby to de-stress while finishing up grad school. I’m a proud UTK alum with a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, and I live in Knoxville, TN with my wonderful husband and our sweet puppy- Xena

Balancing a demanding science career and a booming boutique wasn't always easy, and I almost closed shop a few times after landing my job as a full-time radiochemist. But the incredible love, stories, and support from our customers kept me going. Because of y'all, we skyrocketed! In late 2025, we opened our first storefront in Knoxville inside the historic Kerns Bakery, and in early 2026, we expanded to our second location in Pigeon Forge!

At Sword Links, our boutiques are designed to be so much more than just a place to shop. They are creative spaces built for celebrating milestones, expressing your personal style, and building confidence. Whether you are welding a permanent chain or designing a custom brim, every piece we create together is a beautiful reminder that the most valuable accessory is the one that carries a memory

👩‍⚕️ Doctor by Day, Artist by Night: Yes, I am still a full-time radiochemist! Science fulfills my analytical side, but this boutique lets my inner artist shine.

🇻🇳 Proudly Vietnamese: Dạ em là người Việt Nam, sinh ra và lớn lên ở Việt Nam! (Hence my absolute obsession with finding the perfect authentic coffee and bánh mì). I was also a nail artist for 10 years all throughout college!

💍 Marrying the BFF: Justin and I have been married since 2020—he’s been my best friend, partner in travel, and favorite helper ever since. We love travel the world together!

💕 Think Pink: Pink is, and always will be, my absolute favorite color!

🧺 Serial Entrepreneurs: Alongside the boutique, Justin and I also co-own a local laundromat together—@SwordLaundry!
